1. Overview

At Apex Sneakers, we are dedicated to delivering your order safely, on time, and in perfect condition to your doorstep across Pakistan. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, dispatch, delivery timelines, and related matters.

By placing an order with Apex Sneakers, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day.

Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays observed in Pakistan.

2.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via:

  • WhatsApp message to your registered phone number, and / or
  • Email to your registered email address.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a member of our team may call or WhatsApp you to verbally confirm the order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled automatically.

2.3 Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order β€” such as updating the delivery address, size, or color β€” please contact us immediately after placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.


3. Shipping Coverage

3.1 Domestic Shipping

Apex Sneakers ships to all major cities and a wide range of towns and villages across Pakistan. We currently do not offer international shipping.

3.2 Serviceable Areas

We deliver across Pakistan including but not limited to the following cities and regions:

  • Islamabad & Rawalpindi
  • Lahore
  • Karachi
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • Faisalabad
  • Multan
  • Sialkot
  • Gujranwala
  • Hyderabad
  • Abbottabad
  • Bahawalpur
  • Sukkur
  • Gilgit & surrounding areas (subject to courier availability)
  • Azad Kashmir (subject to courier availability)

Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may not always be possible. If we are unable to deliver to your provided address, our team will notify you and offer an alternative solution or a full refund.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Apex Sneakers reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time. Promotional free shipping offers are subject to their respective terms and expiry dates.


5. Delivery Timelines

Zone 1 – Major Cities Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Peshawar 2–4 business days
Zone 2 – Secondary Cities Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Quetta, Abbottabad, Bahawalpur 3–5 business days
Zone 3 – Other Cities & Towns All other serviceable towns and cities across Pakistan 5–7 business days
Zone 4 – Remote Areas Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, tribal areas, and rural regions 7–12 business days

These are estimated timelines and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Delays may occur during peak seasons, sale events, or due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or courier disruptions.


6. Courier Partners

Apex Sneakers ships through trusted courier partners operating across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

  • TCS
  • Leopards Courier
  • M&P (Mashwani & Partners)
  • PostEx
  • Trax

The courier partner assigned to your order will depend on your delivery location and product availability. Apex Sneakers reserves the right to select the most suitable courier for each shipment.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status on the respective courier's website or app.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact our support team immediately.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at your specified address up to 3 times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during the delivery window.

  • After the first failed attempt, the courier will contact you to reschedule.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to Apex Sneakers.
  • If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply for any subsequent delivery request.

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at the time of order placement to avoid missed deliveries.


9. Undeliverable Parcels

A parcel may be considered undeliverable if:

  • The delivery address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable.
  • The recipient is unavailable after 3 delivery attempts.
  • The recipient refuses to accept the parcel without valid reason.
  • The courier is unable to access the delivery location.

In such cases, the parcel will be returned to Apex Sneakers. Once received, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery (subject to additional shipping charges) or process a refund minus the original shipping charges.


10. Damaged or Lost Parcels

10.1 Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery and immediately notify our team with photographs of the damaged parcel. If you have already accepted the parcel and discover damage upon opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund based on the outcome.

10.2 Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 consecutive business days after dispatch, please contact our customer support team. We will file a trace request with the courier on your behalf.

If the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, Apex Sneakers will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


11. Incorrect Address

Apex Sneakers is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.

If an address correction is needed after dispatch, we will attempt to coordinate with the courier, but this cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.


12. Peak Season and Delays

During high-demand periods such as sale events, Eid, Independence Day, and other public holidays, order processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will always keep you informed of any significant delays.


13. Special Circumstances

Apex Sneakers shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, or earthquakes.
  • Political unrest, strikes, or curfews.
  • Courier system failures or network outages.
  • Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns.

In such events, we will make every effort to fulfil your order as soon as conditions allow and will communicate updates proactively.
