1. Overview

At Apex Sneakers, we are committed to delivering high-quality footwear to customers across Pakistan. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 3Β days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, dirt, or damage caused by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards or store credit vouchers.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  5. Once approved, you will receive return instructions including the drop-off or pick-up details.

Note: Do not send any items back without prior approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Apex Sneakers will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or size exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. Apex Sneakers is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.

5. Exchanges

We offer size products and color exchanges subject to stock availability. If you need a different size or color, please mention this when initiating your return request. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns and must be requested within 3Β days of delivery.

In case the desired size or color is not available, a store credit or full refund will be offered at the customer's discretion.


6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Methods

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

6.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned with minor signs of use or missing original packaging.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window but within 14 days, at management's discretion.

6.3 Non-Refundable Charges

Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).


7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photographs of the item and the packaging.
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a free pick-up, replacement, or full refund depending on stock availability and your preference. Claims made after 48 hours for damaged goods may not be accepted.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests made before dispatch will be fully refunded.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

9. Fraud Prevention

Apex Sneakers reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to: returning used, swapped, or counterfeit items, or making repeated unjustified return requests. We reserve the right to blacklist accounts found engaging in abuse of our return policy.
